The Malone Family Foundation has set the following timeline for reviewing grant opportunities:

Applicant submits a Letter of Inquiry according to the Grant Making Guidelines. |
| Invitation to Propose |
Within 15 Business Days of receipt of Letter of Inquiry* |
An invitation will be extended to submit an official Grant Application Form or a Letter of Denial is sent to the applicant. |
| Application Deadlines |
May 15 for the June Decision and October 15 for the December Decision** |
The official Grant Application Form must be returned to the Foundation by certain dates. These deadlines exist to give Staff and Trustees time to review the applications and conduct site visits if necessary. |
| Trustees' Meetings |
June and December of each year** |
Trustees meet to review grant opportunities. |
| Grant Notification |
Within 10 Business Days of Trustees’ Meeting |
Letter of Approval or Denial is sent to the applicant. |
| Disbursement of Funds |
Within 10 Business Days of receipt of signed Grant Approval Contract |
Approved applicants will receive funds once the Foundation has received a signed Grant Approval Contract. |
| Grantee Reporting |
As set forth in the Grant Approval Contract |
Grantees who receive funding are required to submit a Grant Progress Report and Final Grant Report as set forth in the Grant Approval Contract. |
